By downloading or using NoPhone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

> What the service does

NoPhone lets you restrict access to selected apps, categories and adult websites on your own device for a duration you choose. Once a lock is active, it is intentionally difficult to reverse: the timer cannot be shortened from the locked phone.

> Locks are binding by design

You are responsible for the locks you create. Before activating, confirm the duration and that you retain access to anything you genuinely need — work tools, banking, emergency services and phone calls are never blocked, but you should still review your selection.

• ▪We will not shorten or cancel a lock on request, including support requests.
• ▪Uninstalling the app does not necessarily end an active lock.
• ▪An emergency override can only be initiated by the key holder you nominated.

> Key holders

If you nominate a key holder, you confirm you have their permission to send them lock-related messages. Key holders are not our agents, receive no compensation, and are under no obligation to approve an override.

> Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use NoPhone. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

> Advertising and payment

NoPhone is free to use. A short ad may play before a lock activates; the key is only issued after the ad closes, and a failed attempt never charges you another ad. If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you buy.

> Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▪Use NoPhone to restrict a device belonging to another person without their informed consent.
• ▪Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass lock enforcement.
• ▪Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass a key holder.

> No medical or clinical claims

NoPhone is a self-management tool, not a medical device or treatment. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling with compulsive behaviour, please speak to a qualified professional.

> Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that blocking is complete or uninterrupted; operating system updates, VPNs, alternative devices and other software can affect enforcement. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

> Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoPhone is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed messages, missed opportunities, or losses arising from a lock being active or from a block failing to apply.

> Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
